Returns Policy
Nesting Den knows its sometimes hard to shop online and we strive to make your experience the best it can be! We want you to love the items you purchase and if you have any issue with your order please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order via email at shop@nestingden.ca.
Broken or damaged items:
If an item is broken or damaged please let us know within 2 days of receiving the order and store credit will be issued for the purchase price of your item. Store credits do not expire and can be used on any item. We may request you to ship the damage items back to us.
Returns and refunds:
If you are unhappy with your order please don’t hesitate to reach out to us within 7 days of receiving your order for a refund or store credit. All items returned must be in original packaging and unused with tags still attached. Shipping the items back to Nesting Den is the responsibility of the customer.
Please note sale items are not eligible for returns.
Cancellation
If you wish to cancel your order please email shop@nestingden.ca within 24 hours of placing your order and we will do our best to cancel your order.
Shipping:
Nesting Den is not responsible for stolen or items misdelivered/lost due to customer error if the shipping address is incorrect.
